Simple ways to make own healthy breakfast in home

We all know eating a good breakfast is an important way to start our day, but how many of us actually take the time to plan for breakfast? Breakfast is part of my planning regular weekly menu because it takes the guesswork out of waking up and asking, "What's for breakfast?"

Below is a list of some of our products and also some breakfast here about some of the favorites from around the web. We are still cereal eaters and I would soak my grains or buy bread that has sprung up (ex. Ezekiel Breads). We will not eat gluten free, but I was trying to eat gluten a bit :).

Sugar is an area that I am always working to cut back. We use natural sweeteners such as raw honey or maple syrup as much as possible. If I bake it uses rapa Dura instead of white sugar in recipes. I like Stevia but seems to give me the headache that is a big disappointment, because I like my sweets! I still use it in case it does not seem to bother me as much when it is baked into something like when I put it directly into a beverage and drink it.

(If any of you have any ideas or help in my cause headaches with Stevia I would love your advice.) I suck my grain, pack them, dehydrate it and grind it yourself, or recently I have been slacking and buying sprouted flours (I can buy them at my local Whole foods). We (me, I live in a house with three men) had some fun experimenting with gluten free recipes and against the whole grain has been a fun cookbook. Her love Banana Muffin recipe!

Basic Family Breakfast Our main list:
Soaked oatmeal with nuts, dried fruit and maple syrup with the milk of your choice (I use unsweetened almond milk)

Omelets with Fresh Fruit - If we have homemade pizza I sauté
Smoothies - I have a link here, but really experiment on your own. Your base can be selected by you milk or yogurt, add some fruit (fresh or frozen), vegetables (spinach or kale), honey and protein powder if you use it. I usually have good quality free range eggs in their hand and use the money instead of protein powder. Save remaining extra little fruit that is getting baked in a bag in the freezer and you always have on hand fruit smoothies. I would buy bags of frozen fruit from Costco and bags of frozen vegetables from Whole Foods.

Greek yogurt with granola and / or Fresh Fruit - Use unsweetened yogurt and honey sweet crude itself, maple syrup or Stevia.

Bacon, Egg & Cheese Face open Slice Toaster - If I do not use homemade bread in Ezekiel breads Brand products Trim Healthy Pancakes

Pancake Puff & Fresh Fruit - Puff Pancake recipe: 6 eggs, 1 cup milk, 1 cup flour, 1/2 t. salt, 2 T melted butter. Beat together eggs, milk, flour and salt. Pour melted butter in 9 x 13 pan and add the batter. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Serve with maple syrup. It serves 4-5
healthy muffins

Scrambled eggs with salsa, black beans and a tortilla Cheese
Sausage Patties with Apples fried - I cook the sausage patties and saute remove from pan with apple butter in the same skillet. Add a bit of maple syrup to apples if you would like.
Overnight Oatmeal Bake - I double the recipe and eat it for two days.

Poached Eggs on Toast
Cereals - Yes cereals. Well, not every morning works out very well and I bought grain with good quality to have on hand for those quick breakfast.

Easy Sausage Gravy & Biscuits - This is my recipe cheater because my husband's family is from down south and I'm from the north, and not figured out how to master sausage gravy. This is a special treat and we usually fry up some apples and scramble some eggs to go along with it. Because it is very messy we usually end up eating breakfast for dinner in place for this. My husband now he reads my blog knows that I cheat on this one lol.

Overnight Sausage, Egg & Cheese Casserole - This is a key element on Christmas morning and I changed the recipe from year to year. We enjoyed Mary in promoting home last year and probably will try again this year.

Baked Cinnamon French toast - Pioneer Woman - so yummy.

Edna Mae pancakes sour cream - These are really excellent pancakes ever. Every time I buy a tub of sour cream from their Costco taken in the menu. If you have not tried it - just do it at least once. You'll be hooked.
And some of my connections may not have been very healthy, but they are delicious and great for special occasions or when you have guests overnight.

Breakfast favorite for overnight guests:
I kept it simple with baked bread (banana, pumpkin or zucchini) Yogurt, Granola, Fresh Fruit and offer coffee, juice and water. I always offer to cook an egg or making toast if they would like more.
